For sooo many yrs I thought I was alone. I need a home remedy for now. I dont want to pay for an Ebook. I think if someone knows about that chinese herbal home remedy that is for sale please let us know. We deserve it. Im really tired of picking at my tonsils everynight and still my breath stinks!!! somebody help!!!

it is very sore my tonsils are the same size of a golf balls the doc said to me and now i am upset and in pain.

I just made myself throw up trying to get this crud out. Tried a toothpick, waterjet, tongue scraper, mouthwash. Then I threw up and gave up.

my tonsils are very sore and have been for the last 5 days i have had it more than that but this time its worse and i hate them i just want my tonsils out coz im so annoyed with getting them. i thourght i was the only one that got them too but im happy that other people get it too xx

What I do to remove my tonsil stones painlessly is to use the handle end of a toothbrush. Usually a toothbrush with a somewhat pointed handle, but smooth works best.
You will need a bright light and a good mirror, and over a sink is best. With the toothbrush in my mouth backwards (handle first) I gently push the top and outer parts of my tonsils, and this will squeeze the tonsil stones out. This is much like popping a pimple. When the stone is dislodged I spit them into the sink and wash them away. There maybe some gagging reflex to this procedure, but with time you will become accustomed to the sensation of the toothbrush handle in your mouth.
I usually do this twice a week, and all is good!

Try this as it helped me, I had faecal breath odour for YEARS, never had a girlfriend till now. okay i got the real cure for you, tonsil stones appears cuz your immunsystem is low, iit is a must for you to increase your immunsystem, also you need to exercise, if you purchase a mini-trampolin and jump up and down for 10 min 3x a week, i promises you that your tonsil stones will disapper
