So every morning I place an index finger over the flap of skin in front of the tonsil and work upwards, pressing and moving the yuk stuff out. This loosens the gunge and I can then shift it with the muscle at the base of the tongue. Make sure your finger nails are completely short and that your tongue is scrapped clean right at the back. I have suffered from these nasty critters [tonsil stones] for years. I just accepted that I would always have them. However, since using the tonsil stone remedy I learned about on tonsilstones.net, I have not experienced even one tonsil stone.
